Gold-Sponsor of the 2nd International Conference on Cellulose Fibres

Monday, 16. November 2020

02nd & 03rd February 2021, Maternushaus, Cologne, Germany

Levaco will participate in the conference again in 2021 as a Gold-Sponsor!

Because we are convinced of the importance of the conference for the cellulose-industry: The "1st International Conference on Cellulose Fibres" in 2020 was a great success and exceeded all expectations. With 210 participants and 15 exhibitors from 26 different countries, the conference focused on markets, technologies and sustainability - and in particular on alternative cellulose raw materials.

Based on this success, the 2nd International Conference on Cellulose Fibers will present the entire value chain from lignocellulose raw material, pulping of cellulose, cellulose fibers such as rayon, viscose, modal or lyocell to new developments and cover a wide range of applications in the field of apparel textiles and nonwovens. All these sectors have gained considerable momentum in recent years and Levaco covers a wide range of these sectors.

We will present general news out of the product range of the Fibre Solutions division. The main focus is on innovative finishing, further development of process chemicals and the optimization of production processes. Especially for viscose fibers we offer high-quality solutions for activators, modifiers, spin bath additives and spinning auxiliaries, for filament yarns and staple fibers.

At the conference, the innovation award “Cellulose Fibre Innovation of the Year 2021” will be given. Ralf Nyhofen - head of the Business Unit Fibre-Solution at LEVACO - is appointed to the advisory board which selects 6 candidates. Among them, the audience will choose the three winners after 10-minute presentations.

Meet us there at booth no. 5 and learn more about our solutions.

We look forward to welcoming you there!
